This Extension Pack can be used on its own as a complete, stand-alone pattern, or mixed and matched with the bodice or skirt from the original Sydney Designer Dress. The new sleeve options included in this pack are not compatible with the original Sydney Designer Dress bodice.

A cocoon-shaped, calf-length dress finished with a hem band, offered with three bodice styles, three sleeve options and one skirt. Use the pack on its own for a fresh take on Sydney, or combine selected elements with your original pattern to create even more looks.

Note: Style Arc patterns are designed with the confident maker in mind. Unlike many independent patterns that arrive in a branded folder with step-by-step illustrated instructions, Style Arc patterns are supplied as a single printed sheet in a protective plastic sleeve. The instructions are concise and not illustrated at every stage, reflecting their origins as true “designer’s drawing board” patterns. This makes them an excellent choice for experienced sewists who are comfortable working with less hand-holding and who want access to up-to-the-minute, fashion-forward designs straight from the drafting table.

Fabric suggestions: Washed linen, crepe, rayon, lightweight wool

Fabric Requirements: There are so many variations involved in this pattern that you will really need to work out the exact quantities by studying the pattern. As a guide, to make a sleeved dress you will need between 3 - 4.5m.

Sizing: Choose from two size ranges. AU 4-16 or 18-30, which is roughly a UK 4/6 - 16/18 or 18/20 - 32.
