The Ultra Comfort Stretcher & Gurney mattresses come in a Nymed 6™ healthcare grade nylon top cover with a Vynmed™ healthcare coated vinyl bottom cover and a heavy-duty zipper on bottom allows for internal mattress inspection and easy replacement. It also includes fluid protection flap over zipper which directs fluids over and away from the zipper area. The multi-layered, high resiliency, medical grade, CertiPUR-US certified urethane foam, including gel infused memory foam is designed for short stay procedural/transfers with added comfort, support and durability. Plus, the FirmEdge™ Passive Restraint System provides support on both sides of the mattress during entry and departure. 

All NAMC Stretchers include a Secondary Fluid Barrier that is assembled between the foam and cover providing a unique protection; if the outer layer is compromised, the foam remains protected.
