We use only British Wholegrain Jumbo Oats in our granola, which means they contain all 3 parts of the grain, keeping all of their natural goodness. They are high in fiber, in particular soluble fiber which is good for the digestive system. The soluble fiber is called beta-glucan which has been shown to reduce blood cholesterol. Each serving (45g) of our cherry & almond granola provides 1.4g of beta glucan from oats which is 46% of the suggested daily amount.
