In this class you will learn the difference between stock, broths, and bone broths. You’ll learn how to choose bones and the steps for making each product. The class is 42 minutes and pre-recorded to watch at your own pace. You'll have access to the class for 30 days from the purchase date.

NOTE: be sure to select the correct "bundle choice". You can purchase the online content by itself ("class only" $30) and learn anywhere in the world! Or, if you live near the shop, you can purchase the online class with the ingredients for the class ("with Bone Bundle", $60). The Bone bundle includes 5lbs of beef bones used in the lessons. WE DO NOT SHIP MEAT! You must be able to pick-up your meat bundle at our shop in Berkeley, CA.
