Grading Policy 
All bags are handmade and every bag is quality checked carefully.
Standard grades are almost perfect, without any visible flaws at the first look. If there are any imperfections, the chances of them are 98% very small scratches or tiny bubbles in the window, or 2% affect the outline of the vegan leather. You can only see them at a closer look or angle. Sometimes you'll find a slightly unclean stitch in one seam. If there are more visible flaws, like scratches in the leather or deeper cuts in the window, we categorize the bag into B-GRADE quality. In rare cases, adhesive residue may be visible on the zipper. B-GRADES are excluded from exchange.

Pins and clips are not included.
