We select a variety of premium, crowd-pleasing Artisan Cheeses, ranging in style (soft, semi-hard) and milk-type (sheep, goat, cow) to pair with thinly sliced imported cured hams such as Serrano, Prosciutto, and locally made Salami.  We then fill-in with our favorite pairing accoutrements including cornichons, olives, honeycomb, jam, farmers market berries, seasonal and dried fruits, assorted nuts and fresh floral and herb garnishes.  Each board is thoughtfully curated and uniquely beautiful.

Our Large Cheese & Charcuterie Board is arranged on a heavy-duty wooden tray, measuring ~22x15in.  It serves between 16-20 people in appetizer portions.  If you are looking to create a 'grazing style meal', consider adding  a Crudité board or ACME Bread & Butter Board.
