Vintage 1964 Doctor Dr Who The Mysterious Daleks Battery Operated Bump And Go Black Dalek - Fantastic Condition, Fully Working - In The Original Box. Released by Louis Marx in 1964, not long after the Daleks made their first appearance in Dr Who and so launched Dal;ekmania. This fantastic Battery Operated Dalek is the classic style black colour and stands 6 inches tall and comes complete with Eystalk, Plunger and gun. Turn the Dalek on and watch him move around the floor, when he bumps into anything he moves and carries on and his head lights up. Comes complete in the original box which is in very good condition over all, with only some minor shelf wear which is mainly on the edges, and includes an original 1839 battery although no longer working, but a great nostalgic piece. Former Shop Counter Display Model, spent many months on display back in the 1960's before being retired to the stock room for almost 60 years.
