Tasting Notes: A true flavor bomb! This starts with vanilla icing, rose water and fresh sugar cookies with lemon zest on top. That moves to a little bit of caramel and bright cherry. Lots of oak spice and nutmeg on the palate. This all leads to a long cinnamon finish.

The Story: Just like our Bourbon Whiskey finished in American toasted oak barrels, we use various toast and char levels of French oak to rectify our straight bourbon whiskey for weeks or months at a time. We are looking for a balanced, rich and sweet toasty profile in this bottling. Enjoy.
