Gorgeous and romantic 1970's empire waist maxi dress. You could ware this one off the shoulder or not but the ruffles are so pretty either way. Elastic in shoulder. Super flattering fit. Skirt is full length and has great movement and a ruffled bottom trimmed with blue ribbon. What I love about this dress is it's so dramatic, romantic and sweet but it's crazy comfy to wear! Soft fabric, tie at the waist, elastic neckline and built in slip make this one really easy to just throw on and go!

Dress it up with jewelry or grunge it up with boots! The fabric has a beautiful, soft, and almost airbrushed-like floral in blue and off white. Some yellowing under the arms but it's hidden by the ruffle. Hidden zipper down the middle of the back. A Cottagecore dream.
