Keim Dolomitspachtel is a mineral paint specialist, that builds upon the work done by craftsman Adolf Wilhelm Keim in the late 19th Century. Keim Dolomitspachtel is a silicate filler ideal for filling small cracks on internal mineral-based substrates. Additionally, the filler is suitable for full cover, and therefore a great way to equalise the surface before painting with the colour of choice from any of the Keim Mineral internal paints.

Preparation & Application

All loose, flaking and unstable material must be identified and then thoroughly removed, all surfaces must be thoroughly washed down with clean cold water to remove all surface dirt and dust. When all surfaces are clean, sound, wind dry, dust free and free from all surface contaminants, decoration using Keim Mineral Paints may proceed. For concrete substrates, a maximum residual moisture content of 3% must not be exceeded. 

Keim Dolomite Filler is supplied ready to use. Apply thinly with a float, and do not exceed a maximum layer thickness of 4mm. Deeper cavities must be filled beforehand. Once the first layer of filler has dried, apply a second layer with a float.

Can be over-coated with any Keim mineral interior paint.
