Our Easter offering will be largely lamb based from our farmshare with Graham Dawe, with whom we co-own the herd of Dexters. These organic Romney sheep, just as with the cows, live life as nature intended. Outside 365, moving through our valley in recent months, they live solely on a diet of grass and forage. Lambing will begin in the coming weeks, and as such, at this time of year we have late season lamb available, which we prefer to the very young lamb that is often pushed on to be ready for Easter. Between 10-11 months, these are nearing hogget. 

We are keeping this box pretty simple, taking heed from the many requests for a big joint to feed the family across Easter weekend. So please choose from either a whole shoulder or whole leg for your box. Alongside these, we will be making a merguez from some of the lamb bellies, Dexter beef, and mangalitza fat. 

We have booked the Romneys in for abattoir on 24th March so they will have 2 weeks of dry ageing before we process them for dispatch. We will be sending this box out fresh.
