Flowpatch® is an easy to mix, pourable material for quick repairs to holes in level concrete, inside or outside. It is very strong and hardens quickly: it will accept heavy traffic including forklifts only 2 hours after application.

This paddle mixer is a sturdy metal mixing blade to be use with Flowtop and Flowpatch® to ensure an even mix is achieved. Can be washed and reused once application has finished.

A durable 10” steel float with a wooden handle ideal for Flowpatch® application.

Surface Preparation

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, grease and contaminants.

• Remove loose or weak concrete and mechanically prepare smooth surfaces to create a good key.

• Degrease oil-contaminated areas thoroughly.

• Apply the supplied primer as directed to ensure strong adhesion to the substrate.

• Allow primer to become tacky before applying Flowpatch mortar

1. Prepare the substrate thoroughly and ensure it is sound.

2. Apply the supplied primer evenly to the surface.

3. Allow primer to reach the correct tack stage as per instructions.

4. Mix Flowpatch mortar to a smooth consistency.

5. Pour and spread to required thickness using a trowel or smoothing tool.

6. Allow to cure fully before subjecting to traffic.
