Whistle B Gone Kit 

Those of you who have installed VA STI style spoilers that were originally not designed for the VB chassis, you might be experiencing a whistling sound.

This is caused as air is disrupted when flowing around the center span of your spoiler.  The angle of the mounts tend to cause this in conjunction with the lines that run along the bottom of that center span.

This kit allows you to create an air bridge by blocking these lines.  Available in various colors, this comes with two Gortex patches.

INSTALLATION

Ideally this is done in the shade, between 75-85 degrees and with no wind.  

Needed Items:

• Quick detailer without wax (for cleaning the application area)
• Microfiber
• StickerFab Application Fluid (supplied)
• Squeegee (supplied)
• Gortex Patches (supplied)
• Vinyl or PPF (supplied)

Please see second photo for the target application area.  This installation can be done on the vehicle with the help of another person, but it is easier to do it off the vehicle.  Clean the bottom surface of the spoiler.  Then spray the fluid on the bottom of the spoiler across the entire application area.  Do not be afraid to use a bit of this fluid.

As you peel the vinyl off the backing paper, spray it.  This will prevent it from bunching up on itself.  Again, do not be afraid to use a bit of fluid.

The vinyl will span all three lines under your spoiler.  Be sure to center it up and the slit in the center of the vinyl should span two of the lines on your spoiler.  Once properly aligned, use the felt end of the squeegee to push out air and application fluid.

The slit and supplied Gortex patches will allow fluid to dry up and evaporate.  Be sure to place these two patches on the exposed lines.  They will be the last step and allow for all the lines to have 100% coverage.
