Lifetime Warranty
We warranty each and every Solo Stove product to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will replace with a new product, at our option, any genuine Solo Stove product sold by an authorized retailer that is deemed defective. Solo Stove does not warranty its products against normal wear or misuse. If your Solo Stove product was damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can analyze the damage and may be able to suggest options for the customer to remedy. If your Solo Stove product is unable to be repaired after misuse, we will extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new Solo Stove product for 50% off of our MSRP price listed on the website, excluding web specials. Warranty claims are not applicable for orders not placed on solostove.com, au.solostove.com, ca.solostove.com or eu.solostove.com. Warranty claims for these can be submitted via their respective websites.
What material is Shelter made of?Shelter is made of weather-resistant PVC-backed acrylic, and is reinforced with aluminum stays to create a domed top that helps prevent water from pooling. |
Is Shelter weather proof?Shelter will keep your fire pit safe from excessive moisture, though we do recommend storing your fire pit in a covered area if you are storing it outside. |
Can I store my Fire Pit outside with Shelter?Yes. Shelter will protect your Fire Pit from heavy winds, excessive moisture, and extreme heat however, when your Fire Pit isn’t in use for several months, we recommend moving it to a covered area such as a garage or covered patio. |
Is Shelter a tight fit?Yes, Shelter is designed to fit your Solo Stove fire pit perfectly. Make sure you select the correct Shelter for either the Ranger, Bonfire, or Yukon. |
What’s the difference between the black carrying case included with the fire pit and the shelter?The carrying case that comes with the Ranger and Bonfire is made for making transporting the Ranger and Bonfire even easier via the handles on its side. The carrying case is not made for protecting the fire pit against the elements. |
How do I clean it?Warm, soapy water and a soft cloth are all you need to make your Shelter as good as new. Gently wipe off any dirt or grime with the dampened cloth, and allow to air dry. |
