That rebellious spirit is alive and well in the Fender American Performer Jazzmaster, equipped with dual Yosemite single-coil pickups featuring flat-staggered pole pieces and Greasebucket circuitry for rich, dynamic tone, as well as additional push-pull tone control to activate the neck pickup no matter your switching position. The solid maple neck is carved to a “Modern C” profile and features a 22-fret, 9.5-radius rosewood fingerboard that comfortably suits virtually any playing style, especially those big benders, and the traditional Jazzmaster bridge and tailpiece have been swapped out for a Strat-style six-screw vintage-style synchronized tremolo bridge
