Plant SCADA
Plant SCADA offered by Kokban is a reliable efficient and secured way for Power Plant monitoring. It supports real time performance monitoring with quick fault detection. The solution provided offers control options to enhance the plant performance and maximum yield of PV power plant. System includes Reports and Dashboards for analyzing in depth performance of PV power plant, including health and diagnostics monitoring of inverters, HT Panels, Energy meter and Weather monitoring station.
Real Time Visibility SCADA
As per Electricity Act 2003 and IEGC Regulations No. L-1/18/2010-CERC dated 28th Apr.2010, all IPP/ CPP/RE Generators stations have to make real-time data available at SLDC Kalwa/ALDC Ambazari. Kokban Automation is one of the oldest and reputed services providers to offer Real Time Visibility SCADA as per Utility guidelines on a SITC basis. The Solution offered contains;
- The Remote Terminal Unit capable of communication with LD Centres in IEC-104 Protocol.
- Leased Line Communication media with latency less than 800 ms.
- Kokban coordinates with SLDC to get the list of data points to be transmitted fromIPP/ CPP/ RE Generators station in real time mode.
- Kokban offers a turnkey solution which includes SITC of RTU based Real Time Visibility SCADA as per SLDC guidelines. It includes integration of IPP/CPP/RE Generators station data into the SCADA systems at SLDC Kalwa & ALDC Ambazari on IEC 104 protocol.
AMR system (Automated Meter-data Reading)
Automated Meter Reading System (AMR)” means the scheme to automate the task of data collection from each meter / location to Meter Data Acquisition system (MDAS) at the central location. Kokban offers AMR solution as per MSETCL guidelines. In includes supply of ABT meters, Kalkitech make Data Concentrator Unit, Ethernet switches, CMRI, Other accessories and integration on MDAS system.
Substation Automation System
The Substation Automation System (SAS) system control and monitor all the substation equipment from each bay control unit as well as from the main control room. The offered SAS has facility to support remote control and monitoring from Remote Control Centers Hardware gateways.
The system is state-of-the art design suitable for operation under electrical environment present in extra high voltage substations, following the latest engineering practice, ensuring long-term compatibility requirements and continuity of equipment supply and the safety of the operating staff.
